There was some "blind date"-type reality show being taped that day, and the happy couple (who looked rather European, all things considered) got to do crazy stuff like ride a kiddie truck ride. Notice the kids in the foreground, who were getting antsy because they had to wait while the grown-up couple got to ride three times in a row.
