I had two versions of this -- one with "Fuck" and one with "To hell with". I showed 'em around and the conensus was that "Fuck" was more than deservedly mean. I agreed. The only thing better would've been to actually find a picture of a Lexus wrongfully occupying a handicapped spot, but I think I cobbled together a composite with a minimum of fuss.

The title I think came about because I was kinda late with this one.
