Aah, Ashcroft. If I'd continued into 2002 I think he'd have been one of my favorite targets, possibly even surpassing the Sports Night cancelling ABC executives. (Johnny A did actually say that the US didn't give drug addicts their addiction, so it wasn't "real love" to spend money to rehabilitate them. Course, the man wouldn't know real love if it jumped out from behind a topless statue of Justice and sang "On Eagle's Wings" at him.)

I wrote this one while in the grips of a ravenous Martian Death Flu and was indeed having 12-hour Absolutely Fabulous dreams to try and combat it or at least keep me busy. Now that's Real Love. Thanks, Vicks.
