Here we have Clarence Darrow and William Jennings Bryan taking a break during the Scopes trial to discuss monkeys. This is a gently bizarre strip and the "injoke" refers to the ifMUD's obsession with our simian brethren. (ifMUD was a source of great inspiration for me during the days of the Comix because it was my regular hangout and also had quite a few fans around, always ready to test out a new joke or help me build a comedy pyramid. You guys rocked.)
